Book launch “O Direito – Onde Estás Tu no Mundo das Regras e das Leis?”
CEDIS and the NOVA School of Law invite the whole community to the launch of the book “Law – Where Are You in the World of Rules and Laws?” (Volume I), which will take place on 31 March at 6.30 pm at El Corte Inglés in Lisbon (Room 2).
Published by the NOVA Centre for Child Law and Children’s Rights, under the imprint of Grupo Editorial Vida Económica, this book launches a series dedicated to bringing the law closer to children and young people, explaining fundamental concepts in a clear, accessible and engaging way.
The book is authored by Maria Miguel Oliveira da Silva, Maria Perquilhas, Odete Severino Soares, Paulo Guerra, Rui do Carmo and Rui Sousa-Silva, and features illustrations by Ivan, a Cape Verdean teenager whose creative vision helps bring the ideas and themes covered to life.
The presentation will be given by:

- Mafalda Duarte Vasques and Duarte Valente, students
It will be an opportunity to come together, share and celebrate education for citizenship and the role of the law in the daily lives of young people.
