
CEDIS promotes scientific excellence with New Cruz Vilaça – Antas da Cunha ECIJA Chair in EU Law
NOVA School of Law is pleased to announce the creation of the new Cruz Vilaça – Antas da Cunha ECIJA Chair in EU Law, held by Professor Francisco Costa-Cabral, further strengthening the School’s and CEDIS’s commitment to excellence in research in the field of European Union Law.
This Chair is primarily focused on promoting the submission of applications for European research funding, with the dedicated support of CEDIS, aiming to boost the internationalization of legal research and foster high-impact scientific output.
The Cruz Vilaça – Antas da Cunha ECIJA Chair in EU Law emerges in a context where EU law plays an increasingly central role in addressing transnational challenges. The Chair seeks to encourage innovative and collaborative projects aligned with European priorities and policy agendas.
