Maria del Val (Marival) Bolívar Oñoro was born in 1991 in Alcalá de Henares (Madrid, Spain). Marival is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Alcala and co-coordinator of the Jean Monnet Module entitled "EU Insurance Law: Challenges in the SDG era" in Nova School of Law. Marival graduated in law at the University of Alcalá (Madrid, Spain) in 2014. She obtained an LLM in Torts (Rey Juan Carlos University, Madrid, Spain), in 2017, and her Dual PhD (University of Alcalá – Maynooth University, Maynooth, Ireland), in 2021, after defending her dissertation: “The Right of People Living with HIV to Private Health Insurance in Spain”.
