Giulia Priora
Biography
Giulia Priora is an Assistant Professor and Vice Dean at NOVA School of Law in Lisbon, where she teaches Intellectual Property Law, Intellectual Property and Sustainability, Legal Research Methodologies, and Academic Writing. She is also the Coordinator of the NOVA IPSI Knowledge Centre.
Her research focuses primarily on the intersection between intellectual property legal frameworks, at the international, European Union, and comparative national levels, and sustainable practices in environmental protection, the circular economy, and inclusive innovation.
She is an integrated researcher at CEDIS – Research & Development Centre on Law and Society and a permanent contributor to the Kluwer Copyright Blog.
Before joining NOVA School of Law, she was a postdoctoral researcher at the Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies in Pisa (Italy), a guest lecturer at several universities across Europe and Asia, and a visiting researcher at Columbia Law School (USA), the University of Hamburg (Germany), and Bournemouth University (UK).
