TAXATION AND GENDER: humanizing taxes for equality – interdisciplinary study (TAX & GENDER)

About the project

The EUDNA project aims to strengthen civic education on democracy, the rule of law, human rights, and minority rights through an interdisciplinary and experiential approach. Adapted to the educational contexts of Italy, Portugal, North Macedonia, and Lithuania, the project combines an interdisciplinary civic education curriculum with debates, simulations, and role-playing activities, equipping students with the knowledge and practical skills needed to participate actively and responsibly in democratic life.

The project also promotes teacher training, transnational cooperation, and digital learning, using a train-the-trainer model to ensure long-term impact and encouraging collaboration through co-teaching, student exchanges, and joint activities. The EduCivica digital platform supports the sustainability of the initiative by providing educational resources, collaborative spaces, and interactive tools, while fostering intercultural dialogue and shared European democratic values.
