Holds an LL.M in International Business Law awarded by Católica Global School of Law (Lisbon) and two Postgraduate Diplomas in Corporate Finance and Corporate Governance awarded by the Research Center for Private Law of University of Lisbon School of Law. Former Advisor to the Secretary of State for Tax Affairs.
Author and co-author of several tax and corporate law articles published in specialized magazines
