Nota biográfica
Elena-Delia Bancu is a PhD candidate in Law at NOVA School of Law and holder of a PhD scholarship, granted by the Portuguese Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia (FCT). She is also a researcher at the Research Centre on Law and Society (CEDIS) of NOVA School of Law, Lisbon, Portugal. As part of her doctoral research, Elena-Delia is currently undertaking a research stay at the European University Institute (EUI, Florence, Italy). Elena-Delia has an interdisciplinary background with two Bachelor degrees, in Law (2002) from the Law Faculty, Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iasi, Romania and in Political Sciences (2013) from the Faculty of History and Geography, Stefan cel Mare University of Suceava, Romania, and a Master degree in International Relations and European Studies (2018) from the Faculty of History and Geography, Stefan cel Mare University of Suceava, Romania. Elena-Delia also complemented her learning process with two programs of advanced studies at Vrije Universiteit Brussel, Belgium: Master in International and Comparative Law (2003), focused on European Law and Master in European Integration and Development (2004), focused on European Politics and Social Integration.
