Margarida Morgado is attending the Master in Law, specialisation in International and European Law at NOVA School of Law, where she is currently developing a thesis on fundamental rights as limitations to copyright. In 2021, Margarida graduated in law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon. Since 2021, Margarida is a member of the NOVA Refugee Clinic - Legal Clinic. From october 2021 until september 2022 she was a member of the practice group, and she is currently a member of the Line of Research on “Migration, Gender and Sexuality”. Margarida is currently a trainee at the Customer Department of the European Union Office of Intellectual Property.
