Pedro Caetano Nunes is Professor at the NOVA School of Law. He holds a Ph.D in Private law and specializes in Company law. He has published books and articles on different legal areas, notably Company law, Arbitration and Legal Theory. Pedro is also Partner at PLMJ, specializing in the areas of Corporate and Financial Litigation. He is a member of the Portuguese Bar Association and a former judge, with vast experience in commercial litigation.
