The Centre for Research and Development on Law and Society (CEDIS) of NOVA School of Law began the year with new regulations. The document No. 3/2023 was published in the Official Gazette of the Republic No. 02/2023, Series II of January 3, 2023.
In addition to highlighting the nature, mission and objectives of the Centre, the regulations establish categories of members, members’ rights, members’ duties, admission and exclusion of members, research structures, among other aspects.
With the new publication, the Regulation No. 403/2014, published in the Official Gazette of the Republic, Series II, No. 175, of 11 September 2014, is repealed. The new regulation is available here and on the home page of the CEDIS website, in the “About us” area, under “Regulation”.
