Portuguese Competition Law Moot Court

Project Summary

The Portuguese Competition Law Moot Court is a simulated court on Competition Law issues and is based on the jurisdiction and functioning of the Competition, Regulation and Supervision Court, integrated in the Civil District of Santarém.

Specific Objectives of the Project
– Provide the opportunity for law students with an interest in the area of Competition to expand their knowledge and discuss topics in the area with lawyers, judges and other stakeholders.
– Give participants a litigation experience before a simulated version of the Competition, Regulation and Supervision Court
– Help participants to develop their reasoning, argumentation and communication skills in the area of law

The first edition took place in May 2017.
