NOVA is now an organizational member of Vitae! Vitae is a non-profit platform that works with institutions similar to NOVA, determined to excel in career development and provide support for research staff and students.
Vitae offers a vast range of resources and recommendations for researchers, whether or not their future career plans include academia. Simply register using NOVA’s institutional email to gain full access to Vitae’s content. These include advice for a successful PhD,suggestions for professional development planning, resources for assessing professional skills (including the Researcher Career Development Framework (RDF)), career options for researchers, how to write a CV or a cover letter, and many more.
On October 8th, at 5 pm, there will be an online session to introduce Vitae. All NOVA researchers and research managers are invited to participate. Register here until October 6th.
