
CEDIS participated in the Encontro Ciência 2025 with poster presentations and Research Support Office team
CEDIS | NOVA School of Law was represented at the Encontro Ciência 2025 – Where Science, Innovation and Society Intersect, held at the NOVA School of Business and Economics, with the participation of PhD students and members of the Research Support Office team.
PhD students Mariana Passos Beraldo and Rita Vieira Marques took part in the poster presentation session, presenting the following works:
- Between Cooperation and Divergence: The UN Framework Convention on International Tax Cooperation and the Challenges of Multilateralism – Mariana Beraldo
- A comparative analysis with a view to defining common minimum standards in procedural rules in Eurozone banking sanctioning procedures – Rita Vieira Marques
CEDIS’ participation in this national event reflects NOVA School of Law’s commitment to fostering interdisciplinary legal research and to engaging in initiatives that connect science, innovation, and society.
The event was also attended by Diogo Ferreira and Cristiana Rosa, from the NOVA School of Law’s Research Support Office, highlighting the importance of strategic support for research and scientific communication within the institution.
