A Digitalização do Direito: XV Encontro de Professores de Direito Público

This collective work compiles some of the speeches given at the XV Meeting of Public Law Professors, which took place on 9 September 2022 at the Porto School of Law of the Portuguese Catholic University, with the support of the latter and the Centre for Studies and Research in Law.
At the 15th meeting, various topics related to the digitalisation of law were discussed, such as fundamental rights in a digital context, the challenges of data protection, the legal-public regulation of artificial intelligence and digitalisation in public administration.
The life and work of Professor Benedita Mac Crorie, a brilliant constitutionalist who was a member of the organising team of the Public Law Teachers’ Meetings for several years, was a highlight of the 15th Meeting.
